Consent to recurring charges

This document describes the terms of automatic subscription renewal. Consent is given by a separate explicit action on the payment page and is not part of the consent to personal data processing or to marketing email. This is a translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.

1. What you are authorising

By giving consent you instruct [operator details not set — fill them in config/app.php] to initiate recurring charges against your chosen payment method, through the payment provider, to extend access to DigitalCostBot.

  • The charge frequency equals the subscription period you chose: monthly or yearly.
  • The amount equals the price of the chosen plan at the moment of renewal.
  • The first renewal date is the day after the paid period ends.
  • Charges are made in Russian roubles.

2. What you see before paying

Before you confirm payment the page shows the plan name, the period, the exact amount, the fact that auto-renewal is enabled and the date of the next charge. Consent is never pre-ticked and never bundled with other consents.

3. Notifications

  • About a price change — at least 14 days before the charge.
  • About an upcoming annual renewal — in advance, by email.
  • About the outcome of every charge, successful or not.

4. Failed charges

If a charge fails you receive a notification and a payment link. Access to paid features continues for a 3-day grace period. If payment does not arrive, the plan drops to free and your data is preserved.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Billing section of your account — in one click, without contacting support and without giving a reason. After cancellation, access to paid features continues to the end of the period already paid for and no further charges are made.

6. Record of consent

The fact of consent is recorded with its date, time and document version. These details are stored alongside the subscription and are available on request to [operator details not set — fill them in config/app.php].
