Terms of service

1. Subject

The provider grants the right to use a service for tracking work expenses and recurring payments, to the extent of the selected plan. The service is provided "as is" and is not an accounting, tax, audit or financial advisory service.

2. Plans and limits

Current plans, prices and limits are published on the pricing page and form part of these terms. The free plan is provided indefinitely with limits on the number of operations, recurring payments, workspaces and AI parsing requests.

• Prices are stated in Russian roubles.
• A price change never affects a period already paid for.
• Notice of a price increase is given at least 14 days before the next charge.
• "Unlimited" means fair use: protection against automated bulk loading and abuse remains in place.

3. Trial period

A 14-day trial of the paid plan is provided without a payment card. If the trial ends without payment, the account moves to the free plan. Data is not deleted, but paid features become unavailable.

4. Payment

• Payment is made through a payment provider; card details are entered on its side and never reach the provider of this service.
• A plan is activated after the provider confirms the payment over a server-to-server channel.
• The page you return to after payment is not itself proof of payment.
• Repeated confirmation of the same payment never extends a period twice.

5. Auto-renewal

If you gave separate consent to recurring charges, the subscription renews automatically for the paid period. That consent is given by a separate explicit action and is described in the recurring payments document.

• Auto-renewal can be cancelled in one click from your account, with no need to contact support.
• After cancellation, access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
• A failed charge starts a 3-day grace period, after which the plan drops to free.

6. Refunds

• Refunds for an unused period are considered on request to [operator details not set — fill them in config/app.php].
• Grounds for refusal are actual use of the paid period and the absence of technical obstacles to using the service.
• Requests are reviewed within 10 business days.
• Refunds are made by the same method the payment was made.

7. Limits of the AI features

Automatic phrase recognition is an assistive tool and can be wrong. You confirm or correct the recognised result. The provider is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of automatically recognised data that was not checked.

8. Your obligations

• Do not share account access with third parties.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
• Do not create automated load beyond the needs of ordinary use.
• Keep your email address current so service notifications reach you.

9. Liability and availability

The provider takes reasonable measures to keep the service running but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party failures or force majeure. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the current period.

10. Termination and data deletion

You may delete your account at any time. After deletion, data is cleaned up within 90 days, except for records that must be retained by law. The provider may suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice.

11. Changes

A new version is published on this page with its date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. The version in force on the date of payment applies to the period already paid for.
