Periods that match reality
A recurring payment is described the way the provider actually bills it, not the way a calendar finds convenient.
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, or a custom interval in days or months.
- A fixed or estimated amount, its own currency, and an end date.
- Statuses: active, paused, cancelled, overdue, archived.
- Editing a future payment never rewrites the history of confirmed records.
Reminders that never double up
One reminder is sent per event. Running the background job again does not produce a second message — an idempotency key prevents it.
- N days before the charge, on the day itself, and after it becomes overdue.
- Rules are set globally and can be overridden per payment.
- Quiet hours follow your own time zone, 22:00 to 09:00 by default.

One metric across different periods
An annual subscription at 12 000 and a monthly one at 990 are not directly comparable. The service converts everything to a monthly equivalent: yearly divided by 12, quarterly by 3, weekly multiplied by 52 and divided by 12.

Frequently asked questions
What if I never confirm a charge?
The payment becomes overdue and you get a reminder. The actual record is only created once you confirm it, so your reports never fill up with payments that did not happen.
How is the next date calculated for a payment due on the 31st?
When the next month has no 31st, the date moves to the last day of that month and then returns to the 31st — the original day of the month is never lost.
Can a subscription be paused?
Yes. A paused payment produces no reminders and is excluded from expected charges, while staying in your history and your list.
Are subscriptions in different currencies supported?
Each record stores its amount in its original currency in minor units. You pick the report currency in analytics, and the service never silently mixes currencies into a single total.
