Expense tracking for freelancers

When work subscriptions are paid with a personal card, by the end of the year it is impossible to say what the work actually cost. The service separates work spending and shows it apart from everyday life.

Work only

The product deliberately does not try to replace a household budget. It tracks what belongs to work, and never asks you to enter groceries, transport or utility bills.

  • SaaS subscriptions: design, editors, task trackers, VPN.
  • Advertising and promotion, cloud and storage, communications.
  • One-off work purchases and contractor payments.
  • Acquiring commissions and bank fees.

A minute a day instead of an evening in a spreadsheet

Entry takes about as long as a message in a chat, which is why the bookkeeping does not get postponed.

  • One phrase in Telegram instead of a form with eight fields.
  • Domain and hosting renewal reminders arrive in advance.
  • Weekly and monthly summaries show where the money went.
  • CSV import when part of the history already lives in a spreadsheet.

What a client costs

An expense can be attached to a project or a client, so you can see the real margin rather than just the invoice total.

  • Spending per client for a period.
  • Recurring payments that keep charging after a project has ended.
  • Period comparison, so a rising tool bill does not go unnoticed.

Frequently asked questions

Is this accounting or tax software?

No. The service does not do bookkeeping, does not calculate taxes and does not replace an accounting system. It answers "what does my work cost", not "what do I owe".

Can anyone else see my data?

No. Data is isolated per workspace. Only the expense text and a limited list of your category, project and service names go to the external AI — never your email, password or payment details.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. CSV export is available on paid plans, and deleting your account starts a predictable clean-up of your data.
